Having realized that information, communication and knowledge are amongst most critical factors in the life of a 21st century SADC parliamentarian, the Forum website has redesigned to cater for the dynamic and growing needs of the Forum. The website has been developed to add more connectivity and interactivity for member Parliaments .

The online resource centre is aimed at improving sharing of information and interaction between elected leaders, civil society and citizens of the SADC Region .

The online resource seeks to serve as both a resource and a source of information. As a resource, the online resource centre initiatives seeks to create a network facility to enable parliamentarians to reach their colleagues, their constituents and other interest groups such as members of the organized civil society in order to consult, interact and engage on pertinent issues. As a source of information, the SADC PF hopes to create a repository of pertinent information that parliamentarians can trust and depend on and use to form and confirm their views, opinions and positions of any key issues they engage with.

Automatic electronic courier packages to registered members once a week- the online resource centre will automatically package publications, reports, notices and other legislative and public policy documents and distribute them to registered users

SADC Citizen Human Resource Directory will be included to have information and profiles of resource persons in the SADC region as well as profiles of institutions working in the democracy and governance sector.

An e-discussion forum and web-mail facilities
