MANDATORY DOCUMENTATION
The documents outlined below are mandatory in order to be eligible to participate in the provision of goods and services:
Companies, Institutions
- A valid Company Registration Certificate
- Certificate/Documentation on Good Standing
- Tax Certificate
Individual Consultants/Experts
- Detailed Curriculum Vitae
- References for work done and good standing
GOODS AND SERVICES LISTED ON COMPANY REGISTRATION
Kindly take note, that, companies expected to submit company profiles are those that have the abovementioned goods and services listed on their company registration document.
DISCLAIMER
While the SADC Parliamentary Forum is an equal opportunity organization, it reserves the right not to proceed with the hire of services notwithstanding this published request for suppliers and has the right to:
- reject any or all company profiles if conditions are not adhered to;
- Remove non-performing suppliers from the list;
- Conduct a background check on a supplier;
- Request clarification at the time of evaluating company profiles;
- For Security reasons, some services may require vetting.
