WHEREAS: Article 6 of the SADC Parliamentary Forum (SADC PF) Constitution enjoins the SADC PF to strengthen the implementation capacity of SADC by involving Parliamentarians in the affairs of SADC as well as to provide a Forum for discussion on matters of common interest to SADC;

AWARE THAT: The Fourth Industrial Revolution, driven by advancements in Artificial Intelligence (AI), is truly and firmly underway; and,

ENQUANTO: O Artigo 6.^o da Constituição do Fórum Parlamentar da SADC (FP da SADC) obriga o FP da SADC a reforçar a capacidade de implementação da SADC ao envolver Parlamentares no foro de assuntos dizendo respeito à SADC, e a proporcionar um fórum de debate sobre matérias de interesse comum para a SADC;

CONSCIENTE DE QUE: A Quarta (4.^a ) Revolução Industrial, impulsionada por avanços no domínio da Inteligência Artificial (IA/AI) se encontre verdadeira e firmemente já em curso, e
